Job Description
3. Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Provide engineering and operational inputs during conceptual design and design
basis finalisation.
2. Review the electrical systems products components and applications
designed by PMC/EPC/EPCM and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Provide engineering inputs to queries from Contractors.
4. Review of purchase specification of electrical equipment.
5. Work along with PMC/EPC/EPCM contractor during design of all electrical
system including substations transformers and transmission lines.
6. Develop electrical system project plan budget and schedules.
7. Undertake cost control document control and quality control activities.
8. Prioritize and coordinate project activities for timely completion.
9. Oversee commissioning and testing of electrical systems.
10. Provide technical assistance and conduct job trainings to team members when
required
11. Assess potential risks and technical challenges and accordingly develop
corrective action plans.
