UXUI Designer

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our cuttingedge immersive experiences. You will be responsible for creating intuitive usercentric interfaces and interactions that enhance the usability and overall experience of our virtual augmented and mixedreality applications.

Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand

user needs behaviors and pain points. Analyze data to inform design

decisions.

Concept Development: Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to

visualize and iterate on design concepts.

Visual Design: Design visually appealing and engaging user interfaces that

align with Analogs brand identity.

Interaction Design: Craft intuitive and seamless user interactions that enhance

the overall user experience.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and

gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including

developers project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful

implementation of designs.

Design Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design

documentation including style guides design specifications and user flows.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers sharing your knowledge and

expertise to help them grow professionally.

Requirements :

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven track record of designing successful user interfaces for complex applications.
• Experience in designing for immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision Axure or Marvel.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for usercentered design and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing automotive or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with 3D design and modeling software.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
