Data Visualization Specialist

Job Title: Data Visualization Specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain interactive data visualizations dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with data analysts data scientists and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and create visual solutions.
• Translate complex data sets into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Ensure accuracy consistency and quality of data visualizations.
• Develop and implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization.
• Provide training and support to endusers on data visualization tools and techniques.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the effectiveness of visualizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Design Statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Visualization Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI D3.js or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation.
• Prior Federal Experience Will be a Plus.
