Skills Required Java Test automation Selenium Cucumber API Testing

Technical Skills Primary

• 8 years experience in Quality Assurance with strong Testing Skills Java Selenium Cucumber
• Understanding and Analyzing the Application Under Test in terms of Object Identification selenium automation testing roles and responsibilities
• Creating Test scenarios and Collecting Test Data
• Identifying end to end scenarios and code modularity
• Implementing JUnit or TestNG Test Automation framework and developing automation infrastructure
• Creating reusable components selenium tester roles and responsibilities
• Creating and enhancing Test Cases Test Scripts using Element locators WebDriver methods Java programming concepts and TestNG Annotations
• Error Handling Adding comments
• Creating Data driven Tests and Running through the framework
• Cross Browser Testing roles and responsibilities for selenium tester
• Parallel Test Execution
• Strong project management communication and client coordination skills
• API Testing

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Soft Skills

• As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
• Understanding of Insurance and or reinsurance desirable OR Financial Accounting system experience desirable
• Ability to easily move between multiple projects at any given time
• Requires excellent communication skills analytic ability strong judgment and the ability to work directly with customers and IT management and staff
• Requires the interest and ability to acquire a deep knowledge of business functions and systems and offer application development technological alternatives
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• College degree Computer Science or other related field preferred
