Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create webpages and maintain them on both internal (SharePoint) and external (HTML) platforms
• Create graphics for a variety of projects posters brochures webpages invitations etc.
• Assist with events for Safety Labor and Workforce Development as needed including behind the scenes and day of logistics etc.
• Create communications of all types including planned and pop up with short deadlines
• Assist with projects for entities/boards we are involved in that may not be directly tied to Alabama Power Skills Required
• Webpage design experience required (bring examples of portfolio to interview)
• Graphics experience required (bring examples of portfolio to interview)

Organizational Skills:

• we work on a variety of projects simultaneously for both internal and external customers must be organized Communication Skills
• Must be clear and concise with written and spoken word
• Transparent when not sure how to do something or have a question
• Time management skills important
• Team mindset we all pitch in to get the job done whatever the task may be
