• Forklift Drivers Location Miami Florida 1st shift 6:30am3pm This position is responsible for the replenishment of all areas of the factory. This position also performs maintenance of material handling equipment and must be able to load and unload trailers as well as replenish weld booths and assembly areas. 1. Operates and drives electricpowered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices. 2. Responsible for moving products equipment or materials in warehouse storage yard or factory. 3. Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. 4. Positions forks lifting platform or other lifting device under over or around loaded pallets skids boxes products or materials and transports load to designated area. 5. Assist the team with continuous improvement in safety ergonomics quality production parts presentation maintenance and materials management. Physical Requirements: Lifting upto 50LBS repeatedly Standing for long periods of time Bending/Stooping/Walking/kneeling Etc. Required Skills: Valid drivers license Must be 18 years of age Previous forklift experience is required Good attendance record safety record observance of the company policies and work rules performance on prior jobs Good Communication Skills Computer Skills (Word PowerPoint Excel Email) Hours Monday Friday 6:30am to 3pm OT is required if needed on Saturdays and possible some holidays Forklift and Taylor Dunns will be used in daily operations Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future for this position.
