Job Description
- Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality
- Ability to create custom dashboards from the AppDynamics tool based on customer requirements
- Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner
- Hands-on experience of integrating AppDynamics with various tools like MoogSoft, Service Now etc.
- Ability to integrate AppDynamics with various other ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools
