Job Description

Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in AppDynamics deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality
Ability to create custom dashboards from the AppDynamics tool based on customer requirements
Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner
Hands-on experience of integrating AppDynamics with various tools like MoogSoft, Service Now etc.
Ability to integrate AppDynamics with various other ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools
