Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers in understanding both functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop, document, and maintain the necessary QA processes to ensure we catch as many bugs as possible before release
- Create reusable test plans
- Measure and improve delivery efficiency by advocating for “shifting it left”
- Manage communication of progress/status to stakeholders
- Test and log defects in an organized way and track progress and results
- Use frequent communication to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Triage bugs and make improvements to alleviate issues swiftly
