You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Leader of the regional Customer Success Team (CSM) for Middle East, your responsibility is ensuring customers realize the full value of their Husky products, from installation through the entire product life cycle. A key responsibility is the direct customer support for all Husky’s products in the field and delivering on customer service metrics such as commitment maintained, account activity management, and contract management. The team includes six members to be managed remotely . You will be responsible for the overall Profit and Loss balance of the Region as well as year over year growth of CSM business in the region.
This role can be located and operated from home office within any country of the GCC region with administrative support from our regional Middle East office located in Dubai. The final selected candidate will be invited for a several weeks training in a row. The training takes place in our European headquarters in Luxembourg to get to know the products and the people you will work closely together.
