Job Description
- Ideating solutions to reduce churn, increase retention, and increase LTV for a subscription model business through customer interviews, statistical analysis, and collaboration with business partners.
- Planning data-led churn reduction strategy, executing the tactics, overseeing implementation in a customer-first manner, and reporting on the success.
- Developing, discovering, and maintaining churn KPIs and metrics
- Creating processes for proactively identifying churn precursors and developing solutions that address these signals before cancellation.
