Job Description
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP transformation strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of ERP goals with business needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and efficiency gains through ERP transformation.
- Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the ERP implementation project, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Lead a cross-functional project team, including IT professionals, business analysts, and external consultants.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage any changes in project scope.
