And weneed your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fastpaced with a breadth of daytoday activities and endless development opportunities.
This is a fulltime position working remote in Canada
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programs by:
Managing contacting and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads to Crimson
Providing resources to leads to inform them of opportunities with Crimson
Working as part of a high performing team to provide the best experience to potential Crimson students
What are the main responsibilities for this role
What skills and experience are required
Contacting all leads within 2 hours during work hours and 24 hours during nonwork times.
Accurately updating salesforce with notes and stage progress within the same time frame.
Qualifying families using guiding questions.
Booking initial consultations with qualified families and ensuring they show up/rescheduling if they do not.
Reporting on number of calls consultations booked turn up rate & sales closed weekly.
What skills and experience are required
At least two years experience in sales roles with strong track record
Experience in the Education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency financial services management consulting hospitality etc.) sector and using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the US UK and/or EU university admission standards and application process
Proficient in English Spoken/Written
