Currently Gotbits Sales Department is looking for a Sales Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team and achieve growth targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
• Establish and maintain longlasting relationships with clients
• Develop new sales initiatives and strategies
• Oversee financial invoicing budgets and quarterly business planning
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team and team leaders to implement improvements

Requirements:

• Team management experience
• Proven track of work in theweb3 and crypto industry
• Fluent English level (C1)
• Time management and prioritizing workload
• Excellent communication
  
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
