Our client provides technologyenabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to US healthcare providers. We leverage over 30 years of deep domain expertise cuttingedge analytics as well as machine learning Artificial Intelligence and Automated workflows to help improve cashflow patient outcomes and enable peace of mind for our clients.
We are looking to onboard an experienced executive into the global leadership team. The role calls for an individual with strong business acumen in US healthcare (Revenue Cycle Management) outsourcing with a strong track record of execution through a large offshore team.
The role will have responsibility for operational performance across all locations – US Sri Lanka and the Philippines for our toplevel clients. The core purpose of the role is to lead the operations service delivery and manage financial objectives for the Hospital RCM Vertical of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage service level standards for global operations.
  • Be the SME for the Hospital vertical creating and implementing strategy and operational processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with a keen eye on client account performance.
  • Monitor performance against goals.
  • Conduct regular analysis of operational data to foresee issues and to determine areas of priority.
  • Share meaningful insights from operational data analysis.
  • Drive efficiency in capacity planning FTE cost management per location.
  • Manage new client onboarding for Hospital vertical
  • Contribute input for RFPs and Sales for Hospital clients
  • Ensure technical knowledge of teams handling accounts. Work with the Technical training department in maintaining levels of technical competence.
  • Ensure process compliance across operations.
  • Adhere to company federal state and industry requirements enforcing compliance.
  • Drive process efficiency and encourage innovation.
  • Manage effective interaction between solutions and operations to expedite automation and solution rollouts.
  • Own special projects designed to drive transformation.
  • Manage performance conversations and work communication with direct reports.
  • Engage senior management and department heads to align operational delivery and financial management with short and longterm planning and projections.
  • Drive a culture that reflects our client's purpose and lead as a purposecentric leader.
  • Ensure that the values of the company are communicated lived and entrenched in the culture.
  • Provide guidance on attracting and developing key team members including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications Required
  • BA/BS in related field plus twelve (12) years of experience in Fullservice RCM service delivery offshore operations.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience within a tech enabled RCM operations environment
  • Previous profit and loss accountability in a mid to large company.
  • Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management compliance requirements and RCM Technology landscape
  • Senior leadership experience in developing and managing portfolio of revenue generative initiatives/efforts
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage several projects of varying complexity at one time

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems at scale to create a significant impact on the organization.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
  • Must be innovative strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Positive attitude to enhance a cooperative and energetic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Enthusiastic and highly driven.
