Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SuccessFactors Project Manager to join our team in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management specifically with SuccessFactors implementations and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices proficiency in project management tools and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Human Resources or a related field.
• 57 years of project management experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on managing SuccessFactors implementations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Performance & Goals Learning Management and Compensation.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project JIRA or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple SuccessFactors projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Utilize both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies effectively.
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
• Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including interactions with senior executives and clients.
