Job Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of Adobe Target experience plus hands on experience in UI.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of Adobe Target recommendation.
• Primary responsibility is to develop Adobe Target for Site Optimization.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

1. Transitioning from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics: Expertise in migrating from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics.

2. Proficiently managing 3 to 5 projects independently overseeing the entire process from data layer setup to configuring Adobe Launch and generating reports in Adobe Analytics.

3. Adobe Target Project Creation with A/B Testing and Personalization : Familiarity with creating and implementing A/B tests using Adobe Target & Personalization.

4. Adobe Analytics Login & Registration Functionality: Understanding of how login and registration functionalities are tracked and analyzed in Adobe Analytics.

5. Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for writing data elements and customizing tracking implementations and creating A/B testing.

6. Clear & crisp communication skills and able to work directly with Business and Tech stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

1. WebSDK Knowledge: Familiarity with WebSDK which allows seamless integration of Adobe Analytics tracking into web applications.

2. Adobe Journey Optimizer: Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer a powerful tool for orchestrating personalized customer experiences across channels.

3. Adobe Experience Platform: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform a unified platform for managing customer data and creating personalized experiences.
