Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of preventive and operational maintenance systems for equipment and systems in facilities.
Leadership skills: The ability to lead and organize the work team and direct them to achieve maintenance and daily operation goals.
Planning and Organizing: Ability to plan and schedule maintenance and repairs based on production and safety priorities.
Monitoring and Supervision: Monitor the performance of equipment and systems and ensure effective operation in accordance with established standards and policies.
