Job Description
About the Role:
The candidate will be based in Christchurch and will be responsible for Spa operations and excellent
customer experience always ensuring a warm and friendly welcome and a high level of service. and may
be required to work flexible hours as required. The candidate will report to Spa Manager.
What you will do:
Tasks include (but is not limited to):
Demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa meet or exceed the hotel operating standards.
Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and wellmaintained at all times.
Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility.
Ensure the client experience is relaxing and in accordance with the hotels standards.
Review client feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform a regular inventory of Spa par levels for retail and operational stocks.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experiences :
NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three years of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
Qualified CIBTAC or ITEC equivalent
Previous experience to include:
Previous experience working in a luxury day spa
Person Specification:
Willing to work flexible hours as required.
Passionate about Spa and luxury treatments.
Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
Demonstrated team player strong communication skills are essential.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Strong working knowledge of Spa Membership and recreational software.

providing.
