Job Description

Location: Dorking Surrey UK
Position: Compliance Officer
Working Hours: 5 hours per day 4 days per week
Salary: 50000 to 55000 per annum (FullTime Equivalent)

Role Overview:

Seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This parttime position offers a balanced worklife schedule requiring you to work 5 hours a day 4 days a week.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and stay updated on industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
  • Investigate and address compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer in the financial services sector preferably within asset management or financial advisory.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
