Main tasks:

• You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of highquality reliable and scalable software solutions that meet the
  evolving needs of our clients
• We follow Agile development practices fostering collaboration flexibility and rapid iteration to deliver value
  to our customers
• Design develop and maintain Javabased backend components of our BSS software platform
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers software architects and product managers to understand requirements and translate
  them into technical solutions
• Implement scalable and efficient algorithms data structures and design patterns to optimize system performance
  
• Write clean modular and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards
  
• Conduct code reviews identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to peers
  
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner ensuring minimal impact on production systems
  
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in backend development
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Java backend developer with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles and design patterns
  
• Bachelors or master s degree in computer science engineering or a related field
  
• Solid proficiency in Java programming language Spring Framework Hibernate and other relevant backend technologies
  
• Experience with databases (both relational and/or nonrelational) such as MySQL PostgreSQL or Oracle
  
• Familiarity with microservices architecture RESTful APIs and message queueing systems (e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka)
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Jenkins)
  
• Experience with telecommunications industry standards and protocols is an advantage (e.g. TM Forum Framework OSS/BSS systems)
  
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
  
• Selfmotivated and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
