Job Description
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid 8090% WFH 1020% OnSite working is based on an ad hoc basis.
We are working together with one of the largest Software Houses in Malaysia and are currently handling various Web and Mobile applications and software engineering for their clientele. We are looking for an Account Executive to join their A&F team in looking after the company accounts and finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions.
- Manage business processes and account reporting
- Assist in business plan and forecast preparation.
- Assist in the preparation for monthly payment to suppliers
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related fields.
- Any Professional Certification in ACCA/CPA would be an added advantage.
- Confident in communicating in Chinese and English
- Working proficiency in Accounting software and Excel.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in accounting roles.
- Selfmotivated with a cando attitude reliable and with a good willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Prior work experience handling a full set of accounts.
