Job Description:
- Utilize ATO Mate a portal for receiving all client correspondence daily write notices
- Draft emails to clients ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Advise clients on MPMs accounting fees to be deducted from their refunds when applicable.
- Use and maintain templates for consistent and efficient correspondence.
- Accurately enter and manage data in Xero Practice Manager.
- Complete ATO identity verification prior to commencement to gain access to the Tax Agent Portal.
- Collaborate with the support team and report to the nominated PA.
- Handle various administrative tasks as they arise with a high level of attention to detail.
- Draft invoices through Xero
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- 1 2 years Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Xero Practice Manager.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to draft professional emails and correspondences.
- Familiarity with ATO Mate or similar portals is a plus.
- Must complete ATO identity verification prior to commencement to access the Tax Agent Portal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the support team and report to a designated PA.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
