Job Description

Job Description:
  • Utilize ATO Mate a portal for receiving all client correspondence daily write notices
  • Draft emails to clients ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Advise clients on MPMs accounting fees to be deducted from their refunds when applicable.
  • Use and maintain templates for consistent and efficient correspondence.
  • Accurately enter and manage data in Xero Practice Manager.
  • Complete ATO identity verification prior to commencement to gain access to the Tax Agent Portal.
  • Collaborate with the support team and report to the nominated PA.
  • Handle various administrative tasks as they arise with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Draft invoices through Xero



Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:

  • 1 2 years Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Xero Practice Manager.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to draft professional emails and correspondences.
  • Familiarity with ATO Mate or similar portals is a plus.
  • Must complete ATO identity verification prior to commencement to access the Tax Agent Portal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the support team and report to a designated PA.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: WFH Setup
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
