Admission Head

• Develop and implement comprehensive admission strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  
• Lead and mentor the admissions team providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment plans.
  

• Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Establish and maintain admission policies procedures and standards.
  
• Utilize datadriven approaches to monitor and improve the admissions process.
  
  

• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with universities counselors and other key stakeholders.
  
• Represent the organization at various events including fairs open houses and information sessions.
  

• Develop programs and initiatives to engage prospective students and their families.
  
• Provide personalized counseling and support to applicants throughout the admission process.
  
• Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and parents promptly and professionally.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 0.62 years of relevant experience in Career Counseling
  
• Good interpersonal & analytical skills.
  
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Educational Qualification 12th/Graduates/Post Graduates can apply
  
• Must have Laptop and Broadband/ Wifi Connection
