**Leadership & Strategy:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive admission strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Lead and mentor the admissions team providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment plans.
**Operations Management:**
- Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain admission policies procedures and standards.
- Utilize datadriven approaches to monitor and improve the admissions process.
**Collaboration & Communication:**
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities counselors and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at various events including fairs open houses and information sessions.
**Student Engagement:**
- Develop programs and initiatives to engage prospective students and their families.
- Provide personalized counseling and support to applicants throughout the admission process.
- Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and parents promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 0.62 years of relevant experience in Career Counseling
- Good interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Educational Qualification 12th/Graduates/Post Graduates can apply
- Must have Laptop and Broadband/ Wifi Connection
