Location: Dublin1 Ireland. Hybrid (3 days Remote/2 days Onsite)
Contract / Permanent: 6 Months with further extension
Start date: 29th October 2024.
Role:
The Clients PMO Unit requires a Senior CRM Developer to join their team. The CRM Developer will work closely with the business analyst and wider PMO team to understand the business processes and business requirements and develop more efficient ways of working.
The CRM developer should:
Have a strong theoretical base in CRM development using Power Apps with ability to apply best practice principles to the subject matter context.
Have extensive experience migrating legacy on premise solutions and manual processes (e.g. Access databases) to Power Apps using a combination of Canvas apps Modeldriven apps and public facing Power pages
Have experience using bringing Power Apps solution through the full development lifecycle.
Have experience development proof of concepts to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Power Apps
Acts as the senior responsible person with respect to CRM development on major client engagements.
Have experience in leading and developing complex ICT solutions within Power Apps.
Take responsibility for leading on the CRM development function within the Business Solutions unit including the ability to coordinate contributions of other specialists to complete a joint project.
It is a mandatory requirement:
that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7 years of extensive professional experience in their specialized field (CRM Developer).
that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents: Professional Certification in Power Apps development
The following nonexhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role.
Build highperforming scalable enterprisegrade CRM systems.
Work with the relevant IT technical resources/ stakeholders to define the technical requirements collaborates with the relevant parties involved and designs the supporting IT framework environment taking account of the interdependencies for the solution proposed across the whole infrastructure.
Work as part of a team to write secure code and quality review same to participate in the phases of the testing cycle (solution/ performance/accessibility and security) debugging as required.
Ensure interoperability between the various sources of information
Implement workflows within the CRM solution
Provide clear and concise documentation with respect to the solutions developed (functional/nonfunctional requirements test cases data dictionaries etc.).
The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role.
Has experience bringing solutions from initial conception to delivery using Power Apps Dataverse Canvas apps modeldriven apps and Power Pages.
Has experience developing public facing power pages/portals that have a clean design are responsive accessible and support dual language (Irish/English).
Has experience migrating data and functionality of legacy systems such as Access databases to the Power Apps environment.
Has experience eliciting requirements from nontechnical business units.
Has experience working in a similar technical environment with Business Analysts Database Architects Web Developers Project Managers etc.
