Job Description
- Establish and lead the UX research practice at Snoonu, setting standards and methodologies for rigorous user research.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain a comprehensive understanding of our users and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify research priorities and integrate findings into product strategies and design decisions.
- Design and execute studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using a variety of research methodologies.
- Communicate research findings and actionable insights effectively across the organization, influencing product direction and fostering a user-centered culture.
- Mentor team members and stakeholders in UX research methodologies and best practices.
