What we are looking for

Under Solution Manager reporting line the Sr Solution Analyst SAP FICO is responsible for supporting technology solutions to address business challenges on ERPSAP and CTRM systems. Collaborating with stakeholders it should gather and assess requirements ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs. Its responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies analyzing data and providing insights to support decisionmaking. Effective communication is crucial as I bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What does the job involve

• Performing SAP support configuration and testing activities.
• Conducting training for core business users and preparing for golive activities.
• Supporting SAP postgolive activities.
• Assisting with the implementation of SAP and CTRM.
• Regularly interacting with various business groups and users to understand and analyze business problems and leading toward viable solutions.
• Documenting functional specifications for new requirements and application configuration.
• Configuring other applications and interpreting functionality for business users.
• Working closely with technical developers as needed.
• Documenting and communicating changes throughout the user organization supporting change management and compliance.
• Documenting user manuals.
• Performing other related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP TRM
• Experience in developing process models data flow diagrams and user manuals using industrystandard modeling techniques (Microsoft Visio Word Excel and Project) or SAP Signavio.
• Background in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
