Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their customer support team you will handle inbound and outbound customer communications to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries processing orders and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and patience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggestions for improvement.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including health and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and customer service software.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
