Job Description
- Warmly greet guests and present menus.
- Assist with seating and answer menu questions, offering recommendations when requested.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems.
- Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, replenishing supplies and bussing tables.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and attentively, adhering to service standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including bussers, kitchen staff, and bartenders, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform opening and closing sidework duties.
- Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions
