Our client is a midtier accounting and consulting firm currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their team of accountants in delivering highstandard client work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’ experience in professional administration or client services with accounting/finance experience highly regarded and proficiency in MS Office Outlook Teams/Zoom and preferably MYOB.
Key qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills a mature and resilient personality the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and a professional approach. Responsibilities include general administrative support exceptional client service working with Partners Managers and Accountants maintaining client contact and updating client details in databases and portals.
