Hybrid: Flexibility to operate the majority of the time remotely. Some international travel may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Automated Solutions Leader to drive strategic direction and enhance performance within our automated solutions segment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry trends automation technologies and customer pain points with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8 years of experience in the material handling industry in a strategy or related role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated skills to confidently build and present in front of large audiences.
• Customer Relationships: Proven ability to build excellent customer relationships.
• Innovative Thinking: Highly motivated innovator/conceptor drawn to creative thinking.
• Engineering Background: An engineering background is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience selling project managing or running operations in the Food and/or Beverage Industry.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Automation Knowledge: Expertise in material handling automation including Unit Load AS/RS Automated Mixed Case Palletizing AMRs Pallet Shuttles Pallet and Case level handling solutions and Pallet Handling Solutions.
• Logistics P&L: Indepth understanding of logistics operations and P&L management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Performance Metrics: Extensive knowledge of distribution center performance metrics.
• Automation Solutions: Proficiency in Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) Carousel Systems WMS Warehouse Management Systems Inventory Control Systems and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Specialized Expertise: Knowledge of omnichannel fulfillment grocery order fulfillment shuttle technology and highefficiency goodstoman systems.
• Operational Support: Support clients in defining technical operational and business requirements for complex automated material handling systems.

Essential Duties:

• Market Expertise: Serve as the internal expert for automated solutions staying updated on industry trends challenges and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate strategic directions by identifying needs analyzing data performing strategic analyses and creating implementation plans.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of automated solutions and develop strategies for both shortterm and longterm growth.
• GotoMarket Strategies: Develop and implement gotomarket strategies to drive new business growth in the automated solutions segment.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across solution development marketing communications business development and sales teams.
• Customer Operations Insight: Analyze customer operations identify logistics strategies and pinpoint operational pain points within distribution centers and supply chains.
• Industry Participation: Engage with industry associations stay informed on market developments and contribute to white paper creation.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Benchmark competitor solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Global Collaboration: Work with global partners to develop a comprehensive perspective of automated solutions.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with precontract solution teams to develop toptier logistics solutions.
• Sales Team Support: Assist sales teams in building industry knowledge and applying solutions globally.
• Market Data Analysis: Regularly analyze market data and report findings to senior leadership.
• Industry Communication: Serve as an industry expert and trusted advisor communicating insights both internally and externally.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
