Oversee the entire customer journey from contract signature to the installation of solar panels.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with the installers team and Bureau dtude team to ensure timely and efficient installations.
Monitor and control project timelines ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe.
Address and resolve any issues or delays in the installation process.
Maintain regular communication with customers providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.
French as a native language (Mandatory).
Conversational level of English (Mandatory).
Experience in customer service or account management.
Motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Rigorous and organized approach to tasks.
Creative thinker capable of bringing new ideas and taking initiative.
Excellent listening skills and confident phone presence.
Team player with strong collaboration abilities.
