Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various social media platforms exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating captivating content that resonates with our target audience. They will be responsible for managing the companys social media presence devising strategies to increase brand awareness and implementing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Tasks

Your regular tasks

• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta Google and LinkedIn and others.
• Optimize ad performance through continuous testing and analysis.
• Manage and update the companys WordPress website.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting.
• Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage email marketing campaigns
• Implement and manage online reputation management and improvement strategies on platforms like Reddit Quora and others.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
• Implement and manage retargeting campaigns.

Requirements

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience (13 years) in digital marketing and advertising.
• Handson experience in managing Meta Ads Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in WordPress website management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data derive insights and optimize marketing strategies.
• Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within crossfunctional teams.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problemsolving.
• Demonstrated track record of driving successful digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and implementation.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
• Experience with online reputation management and improvement.
• Enthusiasm for embracing challenges and innovating new marketing methods.
