We are seeking a talented performance marketing manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin.

Tasks

• Build manage and own marketing activities across Google Ads (Search Display UAC) Affiliate networks Facebook Ads Youtube and more
• Constantly run tests and experiments to develop and optimize the campaign setup
• Manage campaigns both for web and app products
• Cooperate and align with our content and design team on the production of marketing materials
• Run A/B tests to optimize landing pages and ad creatives
• Translate data insights into actions and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2 years of handson experience in Performance Marketing roles
• Knowledge of main digital marketing channels especially Google Search and Facebook
• Experience in handling WEB campaigns is a musthave
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and its reporting tools
• Familiar with reporting and manipulating data. Ability to handle large and complex data proficiency with Excel
• Excellent written and verbal German (C1 Level and above)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills It is good to have
• Experience with CDP/CRM tools such as Segment or Blueshift
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and landing page/website builders (e.g. Landingi Tilda or WordPress)
• Good understanding of mobile traffic and mobile app tracking (Adjust Appsflyer) app campaigns
• Experience with other ad sources (such as Bing Ads Apple Search Ads and CPA networks)
• Background of promoting FinTech or banking products/services will be a big plus
