Tasks

We are expanding our team! In our development department you will lead a team of 6 to 8 people and contribute your experience in the development implementation and project management of our development projects. Together with the team you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our projects in terms of project conception planning and costing. In addition to the optimization and further development of relevant development and design processes as well as the 3D CAD and PLM systems your responsibilities will include modular management and ensuring costefficient and timely processes in the development projects. You will work on the development projects yourself and coordinate product trials and tests in the test field. As team leader you are the contact person for external development partners and internal functions.

Requirements

For this exciting and responsible role you have a degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering mechatronics or a comparable qualification as well as sound professional experience in the development of dosing and pump technology. You are a technically experienced and personally convincing manager in the field of development and have user knowledge in 3D CAD programs and PLM systems as well as user knowledge in design and simulation software systems such as FEM and PPS systems. You are characterized by an independent structured and resultsoriented way of working as well as your teamoriented communicative personality. You are used to communicating in English and enjoy working with international colleagues.
