Your contribution within the team

As a Working Student in Recruiting youll be an essential part of our teams at Gymondo and 7Mind. Youll help us create an amazing candidate experience by handling communication with candidates and supporting our recruiters with various administrative tasks. Your role will be highly valued and vital to our success!

What Type of Workout You Can Expect

• Write and post job descriptions on the right channels
• Schedule interviews and ensure that they are running smoothly
• Be the bridge communicator between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Share your ideas to help us improve our processes and grow together!
• Prescreening interviews!

What Youll Bring to the Team

• G Suite has no secret for you
• You are structured and have a reliable approach to tasks
• You are confident to ask questions when you need help
• Your goal: contribute to a positive and empathetic recruiting experience
• Affinity for Social Media is a plus.
