Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of construction materials and equipment used in civil projects.
Procurement Management: Ability to prepare and implement procurement and supply processes for civil projects.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure the s and terms.
