On the clientside we do this by pairing delightful online purchase experiences with expert 11 consultations. On the operations side weve built deep experience across the equipment spectrum and a proprietary process for refurbishing espresso machines. We dont simply move boxes. About the Role:

We are seeking a Wholesale Specialist who will play a pivotal role in expanding our wholesale operations specifically focusing on espresso machines and coffee equipment. This role will involve developing and managing relationships with wholesale clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Your expertise in coffee equipment will be instrumental in guiding clients through their purchasing decisions ensuring they receive the best equipment for their requirements.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or wholesale with a minimum of three years in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated achievements in past sales or wholesale positions such as meeting or exceeding sales targets successfully launching new products or expanding client bases.
• Experience in the coffee equipment industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Experienced in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment is a bonus.
• Preferably located around Austin area.

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to aftersales support.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in coffee equipment.
