DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As a Business Developer Representative at Top Sigma you will:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth.
- Lead efforts to expand the business establishing and nurturing longterm relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Oversee financial operations to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business unit.
- Align budgets with business objectives while forming strategic partnerships with clients.
- Engage in talent acquisition and development promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Maintain an uptodate and secure customer database ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
- Set and achieve SLAs establishing benchmarks for exceptional service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of experience as a Sales/Business Manager in IT or related fields.
- Experience with IT outsourcing.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and work with teams remotely.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with an aptitude for strategic planning.
- Knowledge of DevOps or Cloud solutions is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Computer Science or a relevant field.
