Job Description
Field Supervisor Job Description
- Coordinate review and follow construction plans bids and specifications
- Liaising with project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences.
- Conduct onsite inspections including evaluation of personnel tools materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate and updated records on all projects. Example: receival of daily reports from leads safety meeting sign in sheets progress pictures and material orders.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management and suppliers as needed
- Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project.
- Ensure that construction sites are safe and that all personnel follow proper safety procedures
- Maintain and improve performance and safety standards
- Train and provide regular feedback to ongoing personnel
- Manage cost controls
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Enforce all company policies procedures and safety standards
- Be able to Train and Mentor while managing schedules and performance management. and nbsp;
- Supervise support staff during projects
- Provide excellent customer service to business partners and customers
- Support recruiting efforts as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily activities
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Be able to communicate effectively with team members office staff and business partners. and nbsp;
- Exceptional problemsolving skills to lead a team in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues while ensuring safety and efficiency.
