Job Description
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components of laptops and desktops.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network systems, including routers and switches.
