NOC Specialist Tier 1

Job Title: NOC Specialist Tier 1 (Resident Egyptians Only)

ITS Information Technology Solutions is a leading provider of IT services and solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled NOC Specialist Tier 1 to join our team on a fulltime basis.

As a NOC Specialist Tier 1 you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of our clients IT systems. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise ensuring that our clients systems are running smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of clients IT systems including servers networks and applications

Respond to alerts and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner escalating to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support when necessary

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups

Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system

Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients keeping them informed of the status of their requests

Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new systems and technologies for clients

Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services and support offerings

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a managed services or IT consulting environment

Strong knowledge of IT systems including servers networks and applications

Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems

Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft Cisco) are a plus
