Dental Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front office
• Greet and assist patients
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
• Coordinate with other areas of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide excellent customer service
• Insurance verifications and claim submissions

Qualifications:

• Previous dental experience
• Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment

Job Types: Parttime Permanent

Pay: $21.00$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 715 per week
