Job Description

Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements translating them into technical specifications and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of systems and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes system analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand system needs and objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and propose technical solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement system enhancements and new features.
  • Create detailed system specifications including data flow diagrams process diagrams and user interface mockups.
  • Perform system testing validation and quality assurance to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Assist in the integration and deployment of systems including data migration and user training.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and applications during and after implementation.
  • Document system configurations changes and user guides.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in system analysis and technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Systems Analyst Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with system analysis requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management practices.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems or enterpriselevel applications is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP PMP) are desirable.
