Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements translating them into technical specifications and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of systems and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes system analysis and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand system needs and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose technical solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement system enhancements and new features.
- Create detailed system specifications including data flow diagrams process diagrams and user interface mockups.
- Perform system testing validation and quality assurance to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements.
- Assist in the integration and deployment of systems including data migration and user training.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and applications during and after implementation.
- Document system configurations changes and user guides.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in system analysis and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Systems Analyst Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with system analysis requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems or enterpriselevel applications is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP PMP) are desirable.
