Job Description
Our client a major Real Estate firm are looking to hire an Analyst to join their debt financing team in Dublin.
The Role:
- Provide critical commercial support and due diligence on debt origination and financing.
- Play a key role in financial modelling and commercial analysis of property development opportunities.
- Support preparation of investment memoranda for presentation to senior management.
- Liaise cross functionally amongst various departments including stakeholder engagement with senior management lenders and equity investors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years experience in real estate finance lending or corporate banking.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Experience with excel modelling/power point/report writing skills.

3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
