CareGuide Advocates is seeking to fill a fulltime Advocate Assistant to manage the submission of initial requests. This hybrid position will be based out of the Dallas and surrounding area. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls gathering information from members and entering data into our CRM (customer relationship management) system. The Advocate Assistant will also be responsible for making followup calls to members and medical facilities assisting Member Advocates in daily tasks and data entry and conducting initial outreach calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Included training will provide knowledge of medical terminology and CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from members and medical facilities
- Gather and record accurate and complete information from callers
- Enter data into the operating system accurately and efficiently
- Make followup calls to members and medical facilities as needed
- Assist Member Advocates in daily tasks and data entry
- Conduct initial outreach calls to new members
- Collaborate with other members of the team to provide highquality service to our clients
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Moderate to High Volume of Outbound Calls
- Moderate Volume of Inbound Calls
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 12 years experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer services skills both written and verbal
- 12 years experience working with multiline phone system
- Strong technical and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
