Responsibilities

Finance Manager:

• Work directly with sales manager to assist on coordinating all transactions to secure reasonable profit from every sale.
  
• Maintain a program that will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
  
• Presents product options to the customer counseling them based on what was cultivated during the initial customer interview.
  
• Requires direct interaction with the customer by reviewing the customers credit application and credit report in addition to discussing the available finance options to meet their needs.
  
• Prepare the delivery documentation including the preparation of the loan documents DMV paperwork and other legal forms required by state and federal regulatory bodies.
  
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction on all transactions.
  
• Conducts business in an ethical professional manner.
  
• Maintainscontrol of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the office manager.
  
• Generates through the sales of product only sales.
  
• Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing and additional back end products.
  
• Understands and complies with federal state and local regulations that affect the usedvehicle RV and finance departments.
  
• Reports monthly and yearly reports and presents goals.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

• Assist filling in for sales manager when necessary.
  
• Knowledgeable on desking transactions while maintaining profit for both front sales and back sales.
  
• Knowledgeable on appraising vehicles.
  
• Keep up to date with all inventories.
  
• Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers to assist in closing transactions.
  
• Assigning leads within CRM.
