We are seeking a passionate and customerfocused Bicycle Enthusiast & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role you will engage with customers to understand their needs provide expert advice on our premium bicycles and accessories and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect bicycle and accessories to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain indepth knowledge of our product range including the latest bikes accessories and technology. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional postpurchase support addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Store Presentation: Help maintain an inviting and organized store environment including merchandising displays and inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere contributing to the overall success of the store.
