Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Development Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Technical Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities managing client relationships and promoting our managed services and IT consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop and present proposals that meet client requirements
Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Stay uptodate with industry trends and technologies to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our network
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the companys CRM system
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or a related field
Proven experience in business development and sales preferably in the IT industry
Strong understanding of managed services and IT consulting solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Willingness to work on a freelance basis with a flexible schedule
