Key Accountabilities
a. Daily communication to relevant supervisors and sub ordinates.
b. Maintain acceptable TAT for client services.
c. Employing of new staff
d. Management meetings reviews and reports
e. Staff performance reviews
f. Maintain timekeeping of staff
g. Customer liaison
h. Maintain quality control
i. Maintain Health and Safety
j. Maintenance of Department
k. Maintenance of equipment
l. Control of stock and consumables
m. Staff orientation
n. Maintain admin staff annual and sick leave records
o. Batch capture and OT submissions for Nursing
p. Maintain department working instructions and standard operating procedures
q. Application and usage of skylims
r. Conduct monthly department meetings
s. Overtime management
t. Recording of nonconformances
2. Quality Management
a. Ensure the correct application for quality assurance processes in standard operating procedures.
b. Adherence to company policies and procedures
3. Living the JDJ Lab Value System
a. Comply with Customer Focus requirements
b. Accountability to patients supporters and all members of JDJ Laboratory

d. Good team player with good communication skills
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma/Degree
58 Years experience
Experience in a laboratory environment will be advantageous
Ability to travel
