About the project:
You will be providing services for Turkishspeaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.
Your tasks:
- Receive escalations from customerfacing colleagues and works under strict regulations
- Handle complex issues relating to the fulfilment of online orders placed by customers
- Ensure a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase (from order induction to item delivery and from handling flavour changes to RMA completion
- Provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues achieving quick customer satisfaction.
What you need:
- Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
- Salary without accommodation: 1411 gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119 gross / month
